One comment I forgot to make in the survey was I’d love to see a multi-generational piece on how working with multiple generations is a GOOD thing. I want to see the positive aspects detailed – maybe through a collaboration with a Gen X or Y and Traditionalist. In addition, I’d like to see more posts focused on how your generation affects how people ‘hear’ you at work. Thanks for everything so far – I really enjoy what you have created!
